Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat. All refunds will be reimbursed only after the end of the Congress, by bank transfer, as follows:

• before February 22^nd, 2019
  – 50% of paid fees
• after February 22^nd, 2019
  – no refund.

To get a visa you must apply to the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence. Please, visit www.vistoperitalia.esteri.it/ to find out if you need a visa to enter Italy and which documents are required in order to submit the relevant application. Please, be advised that the visa request process can take several months, so it is important that you start your application shortly, to ensure you will receive your visa in time to travel for the Congress. Should you request a formal letter, stating that you have paid the required registration fee in full, do not hesitate to contact the Organising Secretariat.
